I just finished up a public appearance with Joe Pepitone at our Last Licks store in Scarsdale. Joe is awesome. If any of you have yet to meet Pepitone you should really come out for the next signing. He has so many great stories to tell about Mantle and Maris. I did not know until today that Joe actually has the longest home run in Shea Stadium history. He hit it in one of the old Mayor's Trophy games long before interleague play. Joe signed a ball for us commemorating that home run. It should be up on our auction site Monday so please check it out. It is very unique. Tomorrow we have Pete Rose appearing at Last Licks in Massapequa. I am really excited for this one as it is always a great time hanging out with Pete.
