October 24th-Harry Carson and George Martin

I am slowly going to get you guys up to speed over the next day or so. I am going to begin by backtracking to last weekend. Last Friday night I was at Shea Stadium (I was at the Game 2 disaster that, in my mind, lost us the series. I am not quite ready to vent about the NLCS but it's coming soon) when I received a phone call letting me know that I would be traveling to Los Angeles Monday and then to Detroit. I immediately became excited because it had been a while since I last hit the road. Before departing for LA I did have one signing that Saturday.
We had Giants legends Harry Carson and George Martin appearing at Hall of Heroes. The signing went great as there was an awesome, appreciative crowd there. There is an unmistakable bond between the Giants and their fans and it really shows. I think that is why so many of the players remain in the tri-state area after retiring.
Speaking of the Giants, we have Osi Umenyiora appearing at Last Licks in Thornwood tonight. Osi has really stepped it up these past three games, as have the entire defense. Hope to see you all there.
Keep checking back throughout the day.
