February 7th-Cris Carter

I ended my last entry talking about how, even on the most quiet of signings weeks, things seem to pop up out of nowhere. I just did a very small private signing with former Vikings great Cris Carter. Cris was an 8 time Pro Bowler who is sure to be inducted to the Hall of Fame next year. He was also an unbelievable wide-receiver at Ohio State who held the school record for receptions despite playing only three college seasons. Carter was in town to film this season's final episode of HBO's "Inside the NFL". It was great to be able to talk about the Super Bowl and the NFL in general with such a smart football analyst. We got an awesome 8x10 photo signed of Cris with his arms raised after scoring yet another touchdown. It is definitely the appropriate image considering Carter coined the phrase "All I do is score touchdowns".
As I said earlier in the week we have quite an exciting weekend coming up. Check back tomorrow for a preview of both the Jake LaMotta appearance and the Rangers Greats show.
