I just completed a small private signing with Mets centerfielder (and Steiner Exclusive) Endy Chavez. Endy came up to our office right after today's big win over the Cubs. Chavez, as expected, was in a great mood following the five run 9th inning rally. It was, by far, the best win of this young season (second best was the Endy drag bunt game winner!). It showed a lot about the character of this team that we could come back like that....strong win!
Anyway, Endy and I spoke a little about the upcoming series against the Yankees and, more importantly, about next week's series against the Braves. I am feeling really good about getting two out of three from both teams (the Braves being the more important series) We got some great product signed including The Catch Photo (very few images deserve capital letters-Endy's does) and the newer Wide-Angle Catch Photo (in both 8x10 and 16x20). I love the wide-angle shot even more than the original. We were also able to get some amazing game-used pieces signed including a few bats and baseballs.
