This Saturday we have two amazing appearances in Long Island. First we have WWE superstars Batista and Michelle McCool signing at Last Licks Huntington from 2:30-4:00. Batista (The Animal) is one of the biggest guys in Sports Entertainment right now and McCool is quickly becoming one of the most popular divas in the WWE. Then, after the game, we have four (Yes-4!)Mets appearing at Last Licks Massapequa. Paul LoDuca, Joe Smith, Ramon Castro and Pedro Feliciano will all be there signing for the public. I am really fired up for this one as I have yet to meet Castro, Feliciano and Smith. Joe Smith has been the biggest surprise of this short season and has come through every time he has been called upon. Castro is the best back-up catcher in the majors (it's not even up for debate- who's better) and Feliciano has been the most consistent reliever on the staff. Lastly, LoDuca is on his way to another All-Star Game. He is one of the most difficult guys in the league to strike out and calls as good a game as anyone. With all that in mind, I hope to see all you Mets fans out there on Saturday (Our Season Has Come!)
